We welcome all parents/caregivers to join your cubs during lunchtime on Oct.27th (TK11:00/K 11:45/1st, 2nd 12:30)
Pumpkins will be judged on Oct. 27th. The winner in each grade level will be their grade level’s Grand Marshall in the Autumn Parade!
- Choose your favorite book character:
Pick one with a simple shape & choose a pumpkin or gourd that looks similar. - Decorate your pumpkin to look like your character
Choose a few key details to highlight. Warning: Pumpkins that are punctured ooze and rot quickly and may need to be discarded BEFORE the judging. Use adhesives to stick on things! - Put your name, room number, and title of the book
on your pumpkin with a Sharpie on the back, or on a tag tied to it. Place your pumpkin on a cardboard. - Bring your pumpkin to the office on Oct.23-27 (10 am cutoff).
Pumpkin judging categories are student only design, family masterpiece and
adult creation (teacher, staff, parent).
*All participants will receive a book from the PTA
